Chemist Connect was created as an online pharmacy for the UK and Ireland. The name captured the brand’s values - connecting people with good advice, trusted products and great value - while also serving as a portal for distribution to independent pharmacies.

As the business expanded into bricks-and-mortar pharmacies, the challenge was to respect existing family names with strong local roots. I created a flexible brand system that allowed local identities to remain, while signage, social, advertising and in-store graphics carried a consistent Chemist Connect look.

Illustrations by Maddison Armstrong brought the line “Connected by Care” to life, celebrating the diverse communities served. The brand continues to grow, balancing local connection with national presence.
